Job Profile:

Heading the Projects, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Projects, Commercial, Residential, Multi Locational Project Execution, Cost Management, MIS, Profit Planning, Techno-Commercial Evaluations, Business Strategy, Man Management and Exposure to Government contacts.

Candidate Profile:

BE / ME (Civil) / MBA with about 25-30 years of experience in relevant business who have shouldered and successfully been in general management for at least about 10 years.

The incumbent may be in the age group of 45-50 years

- Sound knowledge of Construction Industry

- Excellent administrative & man management skills

- Go-getter flair with result oriented approach

- Exposure to government contracts and marketing exposure

- Who can understand the old culture of the organization and take it forward by leading existing team.

- IT friendly and proactive for adopting system based approach & controls.

- Due to the culture, Maharashtrian – an advantage
