Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with its mission, vision, and values.

- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to ensure the company's competitive edge in hospital construction.

- Oversee daily operations and ensure the effective management of construction projects.

- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Ensure efficient resource management, including staffing, budgeting, and technology.

- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.

- Oversee financial performance, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.

- Ensure the successful completion of hospital construction projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet client expectations.

- Implement quality control measures and risk management strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, community leaders, and regulatory agencies.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums.

- Ensure effective succession planning and professional development opportunities.

Innovation and Growth:

- Drive innovation in hospital construction through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and service lines.

- Lead efforts in research and development to advance construction methods and materials.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 15 years of senior executive leadership experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare facilities.

- Proven track record of success in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight.

- In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
