CEO Healthcare Diagnostic Chain

A leading healthcare organization is looking for individuals with experience in the business of healthcare diagnostics or having practiced pathology or Radiology at managerial or professional levels.

Role description:

- The individual would be responsible to set-up a chain of diagnostic centers across Mumbai and rest of India.

- He/she needs to evaluate different GTM (Go to Market) strategies, business models and is responsible for the complete process of strategy planning, strategy evaluation and strategy implementation.

- The role would be that of a CEO with minimal salary entitlements and substantial equity component. Some of the inherent lookouts would be:

1. Putting together a compelling proposition after a need-gap analysis

2. Location selection and Purchase management

3. Establishing best industry practices and enhanced process controls

4. Achieving operational excellence

5. Marketing and business development.

Requirements for the role:

1. Possessing entrepreneurial attitude and qualities

2. Self-motivated and brings a strategic approach towards problem solving

3. Prior experience in healthcare and especially in setting up a healthcare venture/diagnostic centers would be an advantage

4. Proven situations and scenarios exhibiting Risk taking abilities, critical issue management and project management skills

5. 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience

6. Education Qualification: BSC/MSC in microbiology or graduation/post graduation in pathology. MBA would be an added advantage, but not a basic requirement. Practicing Pathologists and Radiologists with an entrepreneurial attitude can also apply.
