Head/CEO/Director - P&L
Role Objective:
Our client is looking for a techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to own P&L lead a team of sales, procurement & operations personnel. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organization.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own & grow the P&L of a region with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain.
- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
- Farm & grow existing accounts with focus on Customer NPS
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfilment rate for all orders.
- Ensuring 100% compliance on all financial KPIs
Work Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in P&L ownership, Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B/Industrial space.
- Consultative sales experience will be preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent communication & people management skills. Should have led a sizeable team. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
- Should be proficient in Tamil. Should have worked in South India & be familiar with the local ecosystem.
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry
- Must enjoy new client acquisition & farming
Education:
- B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute
