This is an opportunity to lead a startup, EZJobs. EZJobs is a digital talent platform for blue and grey collar workers and has has more than 1.5 Mn Downloads. It is at its initial stages where the problem has already been validated with customers and the founders are working towards raising series A funding for its ambitious plan for the marketing and product development in more than one geography. We are looking for a Business Development focused CEO with a strong track record in startups, proven ability to hire great people, previous experience raising venture capital, and is a great storyteller. There is already a co-founder in place that has deep expertise in SaaS product and the Recruitment industry, apart from a development team, Digital Marketing team, Sales Team operating out of Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.

NOTE: Candidates with 10 to 20 Years experience are only qualified

EZ Jobs is supported and funded by Futran solutions Inc., a NJ based Information Technology services company focusing on Data Analytics, Cloud, Automation and New Age App development, with its offices in Hyderabad, Pune, Vadodara in India. Futran's leadership team includes diligent innovators who have built great companies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The CEO will be in charge of leading company operations, financial and organizational management, and overall growth strategy and milestones (e.g. product launch, customer acquisition and revenue).

The CEO will own go-to-market and overall strategy and vision for EZJobs along with the co-founders

The CEO will work closely with the co-founders to ensure the company is delivering on critical milestones for the next round of funding

Secure and negotiate strategic partnerships that will shorten the sales cycle and help accelerate the growth of the company

Ensure EZJobs reaches product market fit and focuses on getting referenceable customers, scale the business and own sales and marketing

Develop fundraising strategy and develop investor relationships

Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together

Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction

Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace

What You Must Bring:

Previous experience in building and growing a B2B/D2C SaaS company

Previous experience in HRTech is plus, however any start up experience with B2B and B2C/D2C components will suffice

Demonstrated skills in a startup leadership capacity

Ability to think strategically and the foresight to think about problems /solutions ahead of time

Experience leading customer outreach, understanding market needs, and driving the company towards product market fit

Successful fundraising experience

Business Development experience

Demonstrated ability to kick start, grow and scale sales and business development efforts for B2B SaaS products

Strong connections and networks among key decision makers in target industries

At least 10+ years of sales and new business development preferred

5+ years of executive leadership

Self-starter, positive attitude, likable

Willingness to learn

Bachelor's Degree in technology and Master's Degree Management from the institutes of repute

People who have successfully exited from their current startups are preferred

Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
