- Managing business growth with P&L Responsibility

- Techno-commercial experience with agility to take business to the new heights

- Responsible for the Sales and Operations Department to ensure a proper hand-off process from time of sales through operations to provide the best customer experience possible

- Work closely with Project and Estimating teams in a collaborative manner, providing consistent feedback on estimates with factual data.

- Lead Business Development and New Market / Technology Entry Strategies: Identify and implement growth markets potential and define market entry strategies, including, competitive landscape, path to customer acquisition, resource requirements.

- Collaborate effectively and build consensus with leadership as well as development, legal, accounting, and engineering teams.

- Assign and review all bids with sales and estimating staff.
