CEO/Business Head - International (Middle East and Africa)

Job Description :
As the CEO Business Head - International, you will be responsible for leading our business operations across the Middle East and Africa region. With over 20 years of experience in the FMCG industry and proven expertise in P&L management, all functions including Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing, will report to this role. you will drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives, foster innovation, and ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth in the Middle East and Africa region.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to achieve operational excellence and deliver on business goals.
- Drive P&L management and financial performance, optimizing profitability while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategies and product development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide visionary leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong understanding of international markets, particularly in the Middle East and Africa region, with experience in managing diverse teams and cultures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for innovation and market expansion.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including integrity, resilience, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
