Job Description:
As the CEO Business Head - Domestic Market, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business operations and growth strategies within India. With 20 to 25 years of diverse experience and a proven track record of leading P&L responsibilities, you will oversee multiple functions and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve our business objectives. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will provide strategic direction, foster innovation, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability in the domestic market.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the business, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Drive P&L management and financial performance, monitoring key metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategies and product portfolio decisions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and industry partners to enhance market presence and competitive advantage.
- Provide inspirational leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the management team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 20 to 25 years of progressive leadership experience in a senior management role, with demonstrated success in leading multi-functional teams and driving business growth in the Indian market.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and drive results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Proven leadership qualities, including integrity, resilience, and a commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
