About the Client :
- Our client is an end to end School material supply Company - Procuring & supplying virtually all needs of a School from consumables to uniforms to furniture to technology items.
- The Company has preferred rates from most quality suppliers & strong systems & processes.
- The company is a part of a large educational group which is a major customer besides other leading school chains.
- The plan is to scale up this company to serve other schools, educational institutions & large corporates ( BPO, etc)
The Role / Job Description :
- To take independent charge of the company & grow from current turnover of nearly 100 crores to over 250 crores in 3 years.
This would include :
- Expanding customer base
- Expanding product base
- Negotiating better commercial terms with Suppliers / Clients
Strong process & system for :
- QA
- Efficient supply chain
- Building & Running a robust E-Commerce / IT enabled business
Candidate Details :
- Preferably Engineer + MBA
- Around 45 years
- Minimum 5 years in a B2B - eCommerce Company/Retail Company as business / P&L / Operations Head OR as an Entrepreneur.
- Strong commercial person with demonstrated expertise in procurement, inventory management, cost control & maximization of contribution
- Strong in system processes, IT
- Entrepreneurial mindset highly preferred
