We are seeking a dynamic & seasoned CEO / Business Unit Head to lead our client's commercial real estate business. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a successful track record in the real estate industry, specifically in commercial real estate. As the CEO / BU Head, you will spearhead business growth, enhance operational efficiency, handle legal & customer-related matters, & ensure the financial health & stability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

- Define & execute the strategic vision & goals of the company.

- Provide inspirational leadership, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture.

- Address critical legal, financial, & customer issues in coordination with senior management, offering viable solutions.

- Develop & implement business & marketing strategies to drive continuous customer acquisition & expand market presence.

- Identify & pursue opportunities for business growth, including land acquisitions, property development & project execution.

Financial Management:

- Ensure strong financial management, overseeing cash flow, debt obligations, & working capital optimization.

- Monitor the company's financial performance, ensuring consistent & sustainable growth.

- Develop comprehensive financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations & standards, maintaining the company's financial health.

Operational Management:

- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency across the organization.

- Oversee project management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives & implement industry best practices to optimize operational performance.

Legal Management:

- Manage & strategize around significant legal matters impacting the business.

- Work with the legal team to follow up on cases & provide actionable solutions.

- Leverage exceptional negotiation skills to resolve disputes in the company's favor.

Customer Management:

- Oversee the customer care team to ensure the smooth resolution of client issues.

- Proactively address client concerns by discussing key issues with management, formulate win-win strategies.

- Negotiate client disputes & resolve them in favor of the company to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

- A proven leader with 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with at least 5 years in a CEO or senior leadership role.

- Strong expertise in business strategy, financial management & operations.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- A background in legal management and customer relations is preferred.
