Key Requirement Details:
- Good experience in Analytics. Should have experience in Telecom domain
- Experience in making recommendations for product/ Pricing / Promos and should be good in making presentations.
- Candidate should be excellent in SQL/SAS/R for Data analysis and complex analytical reporting.
- Experience in Telecom Product Management will be preferred.
- Experience in Data visualization tools is preferred
- Experience in predictive modeling
- Candidate should have High level of analytical and critical thinking skills
- Quick learner and high on learning ability
- Should be open to work as Individual contributor as well as team roles from time to time. Should be a good team player
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Note : Complex problem solving and learning abilities are very critical for the role
Key Result Areas :
- Provide analytics reports that can enable integration with Business marketing and Sales plans, resulting in Business Sales revenue growth and an incremental customer base
- Provide business intelligence that can effectively increase market competitiveness of CenturyLink products resulting in increased market share
- Team Profiling (Marketing and Data Analytics )
- Team will provide on demand, ready to use, information & insights to business teams.
- They will understand business problem, create analytics models for interpretation of data sets, and provide recommendations to executive management on programs to be implemented to maximize revenues and minimizing expenses.
- Team will be working closely with Business teams and responding quickly to analytics needs.
- Team will be responsible for providing analytics insight to the various Business Market segments to maximize acquisition, retention, and upsell of Organizational products in various US markets.
