Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to drive our transformation into AI-powered workforce skilling. The Head of AI-Powered Training Solutions will be responsible for spearheading the design, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven training systems, ensuring they align with the company's mission to deliver innovative and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Define and execute the roadmap for integrating AI into training offerings.

- Evaluate market trends and emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

2. AI-Powered Content Development:

- Oversee the transformation of existing training content into modular, personalized, AI-driven learning experiences.

- Collaborate with product, instructional design, and AI technology teams to develop innovative training solutions.

3. Platform and Technology Oversight:

- Lead the selection and implementation of AI-powered learning platforms and tools.

- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and scalability for future growth.

4. Skills Analytics and Personalization:

- Develop AI-based methods for skills gap analysis and personalized learning pathways.

- Use data-driven insights to continuously enhance training effectiveness and ROI.

5. Team Building and Collaboration:

- Build and mentor a cross-functional team to execute AI training initiatives.

- Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and technology partners to align on objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications -

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., AI, Data Science, Comp science, Business).

Experience:

- At least 5+ years of work experience incl. 3+ years of experience leading AI, data, or technology-driven initiatives in a business context.

- Experience in learning and development, workforce training, or a related field is highly desirable

Skills & Competencies:

- Self-starter, fast learner with passion for learning / exploring new technology solutions

- Strong problem solving, communication skills and leadership skills to influence the broader organization for the transformation agenda

- Understanding of AI technologies and their application in training and workforce development incl but not limited to Proficiency in learning systems (LMS, LXP) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, data analytics platforms) is a bonus.
