Our client leading FMCG player in Oman is on a look out for a COE Manager to
- Execute the sales development objectives through effective leadership and maximum utilization of the franchises sales team
- Develop Go to Market (GTM) systems and in-market execution capabilities for Oman Refc operations and distribution centers by leading the development & implementation of appropriate sales, distribution and merchandising systems required for customer service & profitable market execution
- Take accountability for capability building that would include amongst other interventions, developing sales force capability and effectiveness by institutionalizing world class on-boarding, competency assessment, learning and testing systems to ensure the sales force is armed with all necessary best practice tools and are executing this in the market place
- Responsible to oversee all forecasting activities associated with customers and products as well as market assessment
- Implementation of merchandising policies & standards across all Organized Trade outlets in Oman. Coordinate all merchandising activities in the channel, execution of agreed promotions / activities as per the guidelines.
