Centre Manager - EdTech

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets

- Lead and motivate a team of educators and administrative staff

- Ensure the delivery of exceptional educational experiences for students

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation

- Collaborate with parents, students, and educational partners to address concerns and feedback

- Implement marketing and promotional activities to enhance the center's visibility

- Analyze data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for staff

- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the center's operations

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the education or EdTech industry

- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets

- Strong knowledge of educational technologies and online learning platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience in budgeting and financial management

- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

- Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Certification in Educational Leadership or similar field is a plus

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Passion for education and continuous learning

- Proficiency in MS Office and educational software
