Centre Head -Chennai

We are looking for Centre Head Chennai

- Prefer chennai candidates who worked in BPO/KPO/HR shared services Centre in HR Operations.

- Strong Knowledge about HR Process from Hire to Exit.

Experience in Service Delivery Process.

Job Description:

- 10-12 Years’ experience in Human Resources at both operational and strategic level

- Experience of managing both India and International processes

- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills with the ability to establish productive working relationships with Clients of the HR Function

- High level of analytical ability

- Commercially and culturally aware with high sensitivity to the social, economic and political environment

- Highly customer focussed, as demanded in a service industry.

- Strong leadership and people management skills to direct a large team

- In depth knowledge of all subjects in HR with experience of India & international practices and operational procedures

- Strong project management skills and proven delivery capabilities - track record of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and setting and achieving deadlines (both short and long term)

Desirable

- MBA with specialization in HR .Experience in Project Management /Service Quality will be an advantage.

- Proven experience in coaching, managing and engaging a team

- Proven experience in technology management

- Experience of MS Office Products.

- Candidate to be based out of Chennai or if ready to relocate to Chennai. (If candidate native Chennai).

- Proven Experience in Six Sigma Concepts.

- Ready to travel if required.
