Centre Head - Healthcare

Looking for candidates with 10 years experience in Healthcare Industry.

Qualification : MBA/MHA/MPH

Job Description :

- Analyze costs and identify cost saving opportunities

- Review of marketing and business development activities/initiatives (with marketing Team)

- Review business performance vis- vis targets for Oncology.

- Review segment-wise analysis

- Identify strategies for business improvements

- Study and analyze daily reports and make note of the performance

- Go through monthly reports and see performance trends and opportunities for improvements

- Sound Knowledge of the hospital business, its functioning

- Knowledge of various clinical issues

Operations management skills :

- Understanding of clinical pathways and quality of clinical activities

- Clinical orientation: Credentialing, continuous profiling of doctors.

- Ability to read and analyze balance sheets of the hospital

- Familiar with costs and costing procedures

- Identify growth and opportunities in terms of products, corporate and direct sales

- Plan for the next month performance along with the marketing team

- Ensure that various departments support the marketing effort in the form of camps, lectures, direct sales to doctors, referrals, large events.

- Get updates from team members/new hires/potential candidates on the happenings in the markets, competitors, competitor strategy and use the market intelligence to build a competitive edge for the hospital.
