Central Supply Lead - Online/Internet Startup

Role Objective :

- Manage Supply Growth, Marketplace Optimization and Quality of Supply for Pan India by working with City Teams, Product and various central teams, and managing different internal and external stakeholders.

- You will be supported by central operations, product and other functional teams to help you achieve results set for your city, efficiently and quickly.

Responsibilities :

- Set and achieve short and long term goals for Supply growth for all Cities

- Take ownership of Supply Marketplace optimization, Reducing Defect Rate and manage Central Supply Processes in collaboration with City operations & Product teams

- Build and work with teams to grow Supply, identify New Channels of Supply Growth and improve Funnel Conversion on the platform

- Plan and execute new products and features to improve the Partner App/Tools thereby improving Partner, Merchant and User Experience on the platform

- Take ownership of Partner Engagement, Loyalty and Retention

- Responsible for rolling out Partner Assets, Inventory Management and Audits Pan India

- Identify and communicate product/process requirements to internal teams across city teams, engineering, product, and central business teams

- Manage growth and performance of Supply on the platform across all cities

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of work experience, preferably with experience in P&L management or Supply Function at a similar organization

- Data-driven decision making and strong analytical thinking

- Strategic thinking, along with a creative solutions-driven mindset

- Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders through strong project-management and communication

- Leadership to motivate your team to take up and achieve tall business targets

- Good interpersonal skills to build and grow valuable business networks and partnerships
