Central Credit Manager - Home loan / affordable housing loans Mumbai

Location : Openings in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore, Baroda

Responsible for credit underwriting of Home loans / affordable housing loans proposals as per the laid down mortgage policies.

To conduct personal discussion with Home loan applicants to establish Credit worthiness. Overall credit appraisal for Home lons

To prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM) for Home loan cases.

Ensure TAT while underwriting Home loan cases

To ensure credit policy adherence to the accepted standards while underwriting a home loan proposals.

Appraisal & Sanction of Home loan cases in Mumbai

Qualified CA & MBA having minimum 4 experience in home loan credit can apply.

Salary offered; 13 - 14 LPA
