Center Manager - Telecom/FMCG

Opening is for one the Telecom company going to start up it's 4G operations

Age : Max of 38 years.

Experience : Max of 14 years.

Max CTC to be offered - 16 LPA which would include a variable of 10%. The maximum hike that can be offered would be 20% on the current CTC. (If there is no variable component in the current CTC, it can go up to around 25% (including a variable of 10%)).

Designation : Could be Manager / Sr. Manager depending upon their experience and fitment in terms of CTC.

- Must be currently working / based in Delhi. Those who have recently left Delhi could also be considered; however, they need to attend F2F interview at Gurgaon.

- Should have handled a large team (at least around 30 including off-role).

- The candidate should be managing a particular branch / unit / division / depot. They would be working as Business Head for particular location in Delhi. They would be placed nearby their residence.

- Should preferably have exposure to liaison with Govt. agencies (not mandatory).

- Must have a strong understanding and exposure to handling distribution network (channel sales).

- Industry preference : Telecom with FMGC/FMCD background.

- SSC officers from Army who have worked in corporate for 3-5 years and handled project management / sales would also be preferred.
