- Background and holding experience of Engaging, training, supporting, managing & driving General Insurance Sales Business out of Insurance Agents/Advisors mapped to their branches

- People only from General Insurance Background (Motor/Health/Travel/Home/etc)

- Candidates who have sold Only Life Insurance are not relevant (General Insurance Background is must)

- Need folks who have Generated Sales of General Insurance Products

- Candidates must have managed team of Insurance Advisors/Agents/Partners to drive General Insurance product Sales from them

- Candidate must have managed Insurance Advisors/Agents/Partners (Onboarding, Training, Business Generation, Motivation, Performance, Coordination, Opportunity Presentations to newcomers, etc)

Responsibilities:

- To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.

- Strategic planning for business development of insurance product in coordination with Branch Manager.

- Training of the advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.

- Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for various activities.

- Activity Planning, Execution and overall management.

- Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.

- Involvement in doing Business Opportunity

- Presentation/Pitching for bringing or attracting new advisors in the business.
