- Our client is an investment management firm established in 2004 by a veteran entrepreneur,an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. The firm invests proprietary capital to achieve income from investments in real estate and capital appreciation by investing in technology leveraged start-ups.The firm associates themselves with the key themes such as - organizing the disorganized, geo arbitrage, consumption driven growth and for profit social impact. Their real estate development experience in a short span encompasses over 2 million sq. ft. The firm operates co-working spaces and have set up Fastrack accelerator and work closely with entrepreneurs to take their business to the next level. Their portfolio includes investments in start-ups like Baby Chakra, MassBlurb, Parvata Foods, Jiyo Natural, Bookeventz to name a few.

The company is looking for a talented individual to join them as Hub Head, who has the drive and ability to structure processes, monitor results and help them grow their businesses.

The Hub Head is the owner of an entire hub and is responsible for the overall operations and the development of the startup community within a hub.

As Hub Head, you will be expected to :

- Articulate a vision rooted in the local context and set clear goals that will serve as milestones for progress.

- Engage closely with the central support teams to create the best coworking space in the city.

- Manage the monthly Hub MIS and coordinate with the central team to create and deploy new processes.

- Create and maintain relationships with local startup ecosystem partners, evangelists and event organizers.

- Ensure all the stakeholders - investors, mentors, startups, freelancers / professionals, NGOs / social startups across services and sector types.are present in and frequent the space.

- Lead marketing activities of the hub and represent the firm in various startup events, both internally and externally.

- Manage the upkeep and space design of the facility, equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.

- Manage invoicing, billing and ensuring payment from members.

- Coordinate with the accounts department.

- Manage all deployed manpower like security, housekeeping and other administrative staff

- Conceptualize multiple approaches to solving a problem and draw out a clear road map with various responsibilities.

- Visionary with attention to detail on the smooth functioning of the hub

Desired Candidate Profile:

- An intelligent person ready to take complete ownership.

- Passion towards the goal of enabling and developing the startup ecosystem.

- Strategic and critical thinking skills

- Effective communication skills with a flair for both written and verbal communication.

- Diversified people management skills

- A long term commitment towards building the company's ecosystem.

- Resourceful and entrepreneurial

- Customer - centric / Startup experience is preferred.

- Flexible for 6 day working structure

- Prior experience in Operations/Team/Revenue Management would be an add on

- Flexible for Local Travel

Salary Offered: 8 - 13 LPA
