Job Description
- Candidate will be the Center Head of entire unit of Approx 200 telesales and responsible for the Profitability of the Center.
- Drive Telesales business.
- Manage the team of Authorized Verifiers to achieve targeted sales numbers
- Drive contests and campaigns
ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
- Responsible for new and retention Business generation from team.
- Responsible for monthly targets achievements.
- Responsible for Data Management and tracking as per managements requirements.
- Monitor Live Issues till product stabilizes
- Conduct daily morning hurdle with Tl's and Agents to meet daily required sales Targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred candidate should be ready to relocate to Hyderabad (Can be from any part of India) and should have experience of handling call centre of Telecalling unit (min 100 callers)leading call centres of BFSI or Telecom sector.
