Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall profitability and revenue targets of the centre.
- Patient comfort and satisfaction management
- Consultant management
- Operational In-charge of the Centre.
- Statutory and Government Liaison
- Staff optimisation and Management
- Facility Management etc.
- Coordination with HQ for standardisation
Skills Required:
- Management Expertise
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Communication Skills
- Influential style of business Development and relationship Building
Work time - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Experience - Minimum 8- 12 years, with strong experience in handling end to end operations for a healthcare/ hospital center.
Willingness to travel PAN India is a requisite
