a. Should be based in Hyderabad
b. 15 yrs experience in domestic BPO in Hyderabad
c. Should have managed a minimum span of 500 people.
d. Should understand local BPO industry, should have core knowledge of inbound, outbound.
e. Should have good knowledge of collections and BFSI processes.
f. Responsible for overseeing operational transitions in our company and ensuring that the transitions are implemented according to schedule and budget.
g. You'll also update management, personnel, and clients on any prospective transition-related changes.
h. Analyzing any internal requests for changes and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changes.
i. Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on any major changes in the company, such as new financial protocols or policies.
j. Ensuring that processes are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
k. Spotting any process-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.
