Overview: As a Center/Branch Manager in the EdTech industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and performance of the center/branch.

- You will lead a team, drive business growth, and ensure the delivery of quality educational services to students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of educators and administrative staff.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive student acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with educational standards, regulations, and company policies.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center/branch.

- Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote educational programs and services.

- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Manage the center/branch budget, expenses, and financial reporting.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development for staff.

- Coordinate with educational content providers and technology teams for effective program delivery.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of educational offerings.

- Participate in community outreach and partnerships to increase brand visibility.

- Ensure a safe and productive learning environment for students and staff.

- Prepare regular reports on center/branch performance and key metrics.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and educational best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the education sector.

- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and meet targets.

- Strong understanding of educational standards and regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Understanding of customer service principles and practices.

- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.

- Ability to adapt to changing environments and embrace innovation.

- Certification in Educational Leadership or similar field is an advantage.

- Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems.

- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles is beneficial.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.
