Celebal Technologies - Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition

- We're seeking skilled and tech driven Talent Acquisition Resources to be part of our dynamic team- to support ongoing hiring needs across Cloud, Big data, data science areas.

- You'll work closely with an experienced recruiting team and proactively build and engage a pipeline of top-tier technical talent while managing a high volume of open positions.

Responsibilities:.

- Own full-cycle recruitment- for Cloud, Big Data, Data Science- etc roles, from sourcing through offer.

- Work as a brand ambassador of the company and educate consultants about the organization information, benefits, and growth potentials.

- Partner with other recruiters to "divide and conquer" active pipelines for maximum coverage and efficiency.

- Source, engage, and nurture passive and active candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, events, etc.

- Manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition load.

- Maintain regular communication- with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and momentum.

- Track key recruitment metrics and continuously optimize for quality, speed, and candidate experience.

- Stay informed on tech hiring trends, market insights, and best practices to continually elevate our recruiting approach.
