- Major roles will be to take initiatives that drive growth and improvements in our existing business and increase brands overall reach to the target audience.
- Develop/Evolve SOPs for all the processes and manage cross functional teams to deliver on new launches, promotions and renovation networks for the brand.
- Business Development/Brand Promotion strategies to ensure benefits are realized as planned. Develop annual and project specific brand promotion plans with budgets and handle participation at various events.
- Organize promotional events within budgetary allocations. Manage the brand communication mix and handle the ATL/BTL promotional activities.
- Preference will be given candidates who have MBA-Marketing from top Institutes and Universities like IIMs, XLRI, DU,AMU,BHU
