We are currently seeking: Web Analytics Specialist  Key Responsibilities:  - Executes digital analytics reports and dashboards in Business Objects and Excel  - Supports synthesis and translation of large volumes of complex information to senior management  - Tracks and analyze usage trends and propose recommendations based on findings  - Curates DPI’s Analytics Portal and data archive  - Works with the business intelligence teams to continually refine web analytics data model  - Builds knowledge of current research, technology, and best practices related to digital product analytics  Basic Qualifications:  Professional Skills:  - Strong attention to detail  - Demonstrated quantitative analytic skills and working knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques  - Effective time management and organization skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines independently  - Strong communications skills and ability to work across various business units to scope and understand their needs  - Willingness to work outside the strict job description parameters, thinking creatively about how to use digital product analytics to improve business outcomes  Technical Skills/Software:  - High proficiency with Microsoft Excel  - Familiarity with standard click stream analysis tools; experience using Site Catalyst strongly preferred  - Experience using Business Objects  - Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL  Preferred Qualifications:  - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technologies, marketing, business, statistics, or other related field  - Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position  - CEB, the leading member-based advisory company, equips more than 10,000 organizations around the globe with insights, tools and actionable solutions to transform enterprise performance.
