The job role is for Research Consultant position in the CEB TalentNeuron. As part of this practice you will be directly contributing to our flagship platform - Talent Neuron-, used by HR leaders across the industry to gain useful insights on emerging global and local HR trends.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Proven track record of successfully leading large research teams
- Leverage research and data models to solve global HR problems.
- Able to solve complex and ambiguous problems independently.
- Data collation, interpretation and analysis: Ability to bring out meaningful insights by collating different data insights.
- Presentation / Report preparation: High quality report preparation. Act with awareness that reports and packaging are equally important
- Ability to create Thought Leadership reports
- Work closely with Advisory, Product and Commercial teams to create extensive research reports, proof of concepts, and next generation product features
- Work directly with clients and is responsible right from scoping, delivery to follow-up research support
- Work with Leadership teams to execute firm/business level strategies on the ground.
Required Skills:
- Excellent secondary research skills.
- Lead extensive secondary literature searches and elicit the highest quality insights for use in white papers, member webinars, and highly visible research studies
- Conceptualize and scope research and data requirements at granular level
- Proven quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word). VB Script / R / Basic knowledge of statistics a plus.
- Ability to generate reports on market analysis, competitor analysis, industry analysis etc.
- Able to understand client research problems and create a well-structured solution methodology
- Excellent team and project management skills.
