Purpose of the role:
- To Provide governance, strategic and analytical support to CDO and Sales Leadership
- Conceptualize, manage, and implement complex transformational programs across distribution channels
Role Accountabilities:
- Manage resources, finances, timelines, and risks through diligent maintenance of governance artifacts and ensure on-time delivery of all projects
- Provide high-quality solutions to key issues and projects through rigorous data-driven hypothesis testing and conducting primary and secondary research
- Identify improvement areas within sales channels, products, and processes
- Provide implementation support for in-flight initiatives by designing and tracking measures of success
Skills & Qualification:
- 7-10 Years of experience in designing and implementing strategic revenue and profit enhancement projects
Academic Qualification & Experience :
- CA/Engineers, MBA
- Strategy/Consulting experience must
- PMP/Prince Certification highly preferred
- BFSI experience must (Life Insurance preferred)
- Hiring Criteria :
Salary Range : 2500000.00-3000000.00
Exp Required : 7.00-10.00 Years
Age Limit : 23-45 Years
Minimum Education : Post Graduation
