Key Skills and Competencies

Should have 10+ years of experience in SAP field with more than 5 years in Project / Program Management Roles

Knowledge of relevant SAP modules, methodologies and techniques.

Functional experience of implementing SAP modules.

In charge of the contractual and administrative aspects of a SAP project

Knowledge of formal project management methods like PRINCE 2, SCRUM and ASAP.

Should have handled multiple domestic and international clients.

Knowledge and demonstrated experience of the of PMP & CMMI models.

An experienced leader with the ability to motivate others.

Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and ability to balance multiple priorities

Strong interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written communication skills, business presentation skills and excellent listening skills are required.
