CCS Technologies - Project Manager

Job Overview :

Take end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a Project, participate and ensure proposal, estimation and scope for a project is completed; build the project team, schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status; manage project risks; ensure successful delivery and implementation; take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project.

Knowledge and Skills required :

- Project Management : Project Management fundamentals; Good Knowledge of Project Initiation, Execution and Closure activities

- Software Engineering : Project life cycles on both development & maintenance projects, Estimation methodologies, Quality processes

- Technology : Knowledge of one or more programming languages; Knowledge of Architecture frameworks and design principles; Ability to comprehend & manage technology, Performance Engineering,

- Domain : Basic domain knowledge in order to understand the business requirements / functionality

- Strong Technical skills, Project / People management skills, Good communication skills, ability to handle ambiguity, ability to handle multiple / diverse stakeholders, Usage of Project Management tools like MS project, Good Presentation skills, Client Interaction, Resource allocation
