Lead Consultant SAP HCM
- Provide consulting expertise across the all areas of HCM & Payroll plus the integration points with the other modules of SAP.
- Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within HCM & Payroll.
- Provide business application support to existing live customers in line with agreed service levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HCM & Payroll problems/failures for both external and internal customers and updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Design, develop and lead workshops across the lifecycle from requirement gathering through to confirmation of final solutions.
- Design, develop and deliver end user training.
- Maintain up to date documentation of implemented solutions (both project and support).
Preferred Skills :
- 6+ years of experience with SAP HCM in the following areas:
- Payroll
- Time Evaluation
- Personnel Administration
- Organizational Management
- Talent Management
- Employee Self Service
- Manager Self Service
- Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully complete of deliverables
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
- Strong ability to work in an open and collaborative team environment
- Customer service-focused with strong desire to excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
- Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
- At least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live);
