The job holder is expected to be a self-starter who can create and drive initiatives through active participation across mid and senior management.
Job profile :
- Able to source high profile advisors of life insurance industry in the area of operation.
- Capable of bringing 12 to 15 high profile Financial Planning advisors/life insurance business associates, in a year. Able to manage a team of 15 high profile advisors/business associates and bring in a first year premium of 75 lac in a Financial Year.
- Should be a go getter and passion to earn incentives.
- Must have big/HNI call closure skills.
- Process knowledge of life insurance is mandatory.
- Able to train the team on life Insurance products, sale of combination of plans etc.
- A result oriented professional, with a flair for identifying & adopting emerging trends & addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives and profitability norms.
