Responsibilities

1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain, customer satisfaction and long-term viability.

2. Conduct research and leverage networks to identify new markets, establish strategic partnerships and create sustainable revenue streams through holistic collaboration.

3. Develop, maintain and grow relationships with corporates, SMEs, training institutions and other partners.

4. Create integration opportunities for content partners, distribution partners and other stakeholders, both financially and non-financially oriented.

5. Prepare contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines and in consultation with the Company's legal team.

6. Serve as sounding board and right hand to CEO, focused on company operations and strategic execution

Requirements

1. Good understanding and proven expertise in establishing and growing business relationships, specifically as related to web-based products and services.

2. Strong leadership and people skills to manage and coordinate with project managers, marketers, designers, customers, partners and other stakeholders.

3. Creative thinker with a vision.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Attention to detail and documentation.

7. Collegial, positive, professional, creative, self-motivated.

8. Minimum of 10 years of total experience and 5+ years in sales and/or business development.

9. Bachelor's Degree required (MBA preferred).
