Job Purpose:
To use customer insights & research trends to understand how they perceive the brand, expected to understand stated & unstated consumer needs to improve existing products to satisfy brand's Target Group
Responsibilities:
1. Developing in-depth understanding of the Category
2. Managing Top & Bottom line, Market, Category & Brand assessment for each of the products developed
3. Estimating market potential, planning launch quantities
4. Conceptualizing & developing products across brands in line with respective core brand strategies
5. Creating GTM (Go To Market) strategy, ATL & BTL activities
6. Participating in Market Research & understanding consumer need-gaps
7. Collaborating with R&D, Packaging teams to develop products to address consumer need-gaps
8. Packaging development including design & structure of products
9. Iterative consumer interactions to perfect product development including product performance, packaging, etc.
10. Interacting with agencies for creating & executing all creatives to ensure consistency with Mother brand
11. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to launch new products in time
12. Conducting launch meets & be the one-point communication for all product related details till handing over to EPD (Existing Product Development) Team
