Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of Primary & Secondary target for the territory and achieve the business objective.
- Enhance Distribution network, by focusing on distribution, Brand and SKU availability.
- Enhance visibility of products, through merchandising & activities
- Implement activities, and Key accounts activities; Launch plan for new products; Focus on Key brands
- Organize and plan the market working for self and DS
- Furnish reports related to market workings and sales
- Ensure RDS claims process completion on time
- Relationship building with customers
- Analyse competitor/benchmark products, their strategies and develop plans
- Stock Planning/Inventory Management
- Debtor Management Collection of outstanding from customers
Qualification :
- Education: MBA full time from Tier I/Tier II Institutes
- Specialized knowledge: FMCG/Telecom Industry, Sales & Distribution knowledge
