Position description:

The role involves identification of new segments and partners for business engagement, market analysis, setting entire mix of products for expansion across new markets.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Responsible for smooth operations / execution in the modern trade accounts, and will also be responsible for customer management, sales growth, & market share enhancement for the said accounts.

- Develop in store visibility plans, and follow up to achieve timely and effective implementation.

- Develop modern trade by conducting strategic tie ups, consumer promotions, building relations, and image of overall existence of the company in Modern Trade.

- Responsible for controlling prominent shelf space and Merchandising unit positioning in all Key Accounts.

- Settling chain wise Claims (damages, trade schemes, misc. debit notes) within stipulated timeframe.

- Maintain a Database of all Modern Trade Outlets (administrative, commercial, business details).

- Report accurate timely information as scheduled and in the defined regular format.

- Monitor activities and sales promotions on weekly / monthly basis to determine deviations from plans and take necessary corrective actions.
