JOB : Assistant Manager
SUPV. TITLE : Supply Chain Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Will be responsible for P&L of Supply chain Business
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Lead the Supply Chain Operations based out of Corporate.
- Responsible for the Top and Bottom line achievement of Supply Chain Business.
- Should ensure monthly targets are met (Plan Vs Actual)
- Source/Identify vendors for launching of new products in competitive price.
- Develop online store and ensure all products/accessories are sold through online.
Stock Management. :
- To manage and maintain the stock levels at the Region/depots according to norms so that 100% delivery targets are obtained.
- Plans the stock requirement for all the regions on a weekly basis and shares the weekly plan to vendors for stock requirements.
- Must ensure Fast moving product availability of the finished Goods at the salons.
- Reviews the performance of new products and share the reports on weekly basis.
- Reviews the NMSM products and share the reports on weekly basis and also responsible for ensuring no further accumulation of non-moving and slow moving stocks by implementation of Non-moving stock liquidation plan in consultation with the operations team for transporting the stock to the liquidation area.
- Should Analyse the Stock holding days and share the reports on weekly basis.
- Ensure outstanding are collected as per the scheduled time.
- Schedules Marketing activities for promoting new/existing products for FOFO salons.
- Ensure Smooth Relationship with vendors and Franchise.
- Should ensure best rates in the market are negotiated with the existing and new vendors.

- To plan stock requirement & movement based on inputs received from Sales & coordinate to ensure that stocks are lifted & delivered as per the plan (40 % )
- % delivery for the deports, % of slippage occurred, % service level
- To coordinate with transporters for placement of vehicles and ensure that the vehicle reaches in time and is optimally utilized (20 % )
- Fright cost %, On time delivery %
- To execute the weekly non-moving stock liquidation plan (20 %)
- % of liquidation achieved against the plan
- To revise the stock levels on regular basis in consultation with the Business Head (10 %)
- %of correction in FG Value
Weekly analysis & Reports (10 %)
- Creating Awareness and reducing the % of Stock Holding days.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED : 3 Years Diploma / Degree with 4 + yrs experience in SCM from Retail Background.
