Roles & Responsibilities :
Market Research :
- Responsibility of handling market research accounts from market research brief till settling of accounts
- Vendor Management, Market Auditor Management
- Coordination with R&D, Brand Team, Accounts in managing research brief implementation
- Discussing and finalizing research brief, questionnaires, study schedule, field coordination and study implementation
- Finalizing research results with brand and R&D team for implementation
- Coordinating payments of vendors, market subscriptions, market auditors in association with brand team and commercial team
- Vendor coordination for best quote, timely receipt of research related documents and deliverables
- Scouting for new vendors and service providers to improve the market research resources database
- Indexing and Storage of research briefs, research data and research results/reports in database for future reference in coordination with IT team
- Coordinating and sharing subscription data from Nielsen, IMRB, others with brand team and organizing presentations for discussion, clarification and learning
- Preparing Management Information Statement
- Sharing information and knowledge gathered as part of work in format for contribution to knowledge management and sharing
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, writing skills, Quantitative and Qualitative research skills, analytical skills, proficient in Excel (SPSS Desirable)
- Experienced in market research tools and methodologies preferably from a market research organization or MR department of FMCG company
