About the Founders:

We are a team of 2, strong industry background with 30+ Years professional experience between the 2 cofounders.

About the Company :

We are a seed-funded start-up working towards solving the challenges of ordering catering food for house parties. We are looking at blitz scaling using some proprietary Tech.

About the Role :

- This is an equity heavy role during the initial phase till the time company gets Series A Funding, already seed funded. Partial salary will be there.

- Entrepreneurial mind-set is a must with strong decision making skills and highly self- driven

- Strong IT SKILLS with the ability to re-launch an amazing website and mobile application single handedly (maybe with 1 Jr support during initial period.

- Ability to scale up the company tech from scratch with strong Tech background / skills

- A Seasoned Start-up Enthusiast, a Tech evangelist, or someone who has been through the learnings of any IT or technology company hands-on, and who must have demonstrated a combination of awesome Individual Contribution, Team Leadership and Great Character

- A technically strong Individual with experience to build something from Scratch and Scalable Solutions

Responsibilities :

- Lead the entire technical aspects of the company as a co-founder & CTO

- Creating a road map for the product from ideation to launching

- Actively contribute in experimental ideas and thereby helping in analysing the market fit of the proposed product

- Creating design, prototypes and MVP for the proposed product

Salary/ Compensation :

More equity heavy with quite low cash component (Company is already seed funded).

Pre-Agreed Upwards Revisions in Cash Component post Series A.
