1. Lead & grow offline category sales in one segment including MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Corporate & Events) / FPH (Film Production House) / Sports / Government Enterprise among others
2. Onboard and cultivate a strong network of Travel Management Companies (TMC), Travel Agents (TA), and Event Management Companies (EMC) to drive offline sales
3. Work with local Demand & Revenue teams to ensure inquiry closures and end to end service
4. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant Indian corporate network, industry influencers and key strategic partners to extract repeat business
5. Strategize to set the right milestones & maintain stability in business volumes through market-visits within assigned region and efficient planning
6. Maintain and review monthly sales tracker of accounts and revenue targets
7. Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Ensuring revenue and Contribution Margin month on month
2. No. of transacting accounts month on month
Required Skills:
1. Networking & problem-solving ability with multiple stakeholders
2. Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email Writing)
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
4. Prior experience in managing cross-functional operations and customer escalation
5. Analytical ability
