- As the consumer preferences are migrating from traditional broadcast and theatrical medium to streamers/OTT, PFT has been at the forefront of the change powering and serving the leading OTT providers globally. We have provided both or SaaS technology offering and the entire gamut of service to leading streamers and have deep longstanding relationship with most of them.
- As we continue to see this momentum carry through, PFT now is looking to hire a dedicated sales leader for OTT market to provide the requisite leadership, vision and strategy for segment. Consequently, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS company and help shape and scale the sales organization.
- The business development aspects will focus on development of go to market strategies & developing the right partners to sell with or sell through. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic sales professional for its APAC team. Ideal fit would be an entrepreneurial individual who thrives on challenges and is looking for an opportunity to grow to the next level.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- As head of Sales for streamers in the region, you'll be responsible for Business Development & Sales, developing go to market strategies, pursue business development strategies, pursue direct sales & build indirect channel strategies as applicable to deliver strong growth in the revenue for these offerings in the region.
As head of Sales for streamers vertical you shall be responsible for:
- Leading sales strategy for entire OTT and streamer clientele for PFT across APAC
- Manage and grow the existing OTT and Streamers accounts in APAC territory
- Increase PFT's market share utilizing a consultative sales approach identifying emerging tech and services solutions and opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive, multi-platform marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Hunt and aggressively prospect new business.
- Strategically identify, target, and close new OTT accounts
- This individual will be in a key client-facing role and take ownership of all Streamer revenue generation for the entire APAC region: building, managing and developing the technology clientele; creating a methodical, data driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing enterprise-level deals across APAC.
An ideal candidate is:
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience (with Media/OTT/Streamer sales experience preferred)
- Strong relationships with large enterprises in India
- Sharp, energetic and detail-oriented
- Strong track record of delivering sales outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team
- Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills and must be comfortable presenting alone in front of large groups
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment
- Master's degree in business or related field
