Key Responsibilities: SM2 Events - Category Marketing - Grocery
- Customer understanding: Be the voice of the customer internally
- Strong business ownership - enjoys delivering results & high attention to detail
- Drive growth in the cities (orders & GMV) via conversion improvement, new customer acquisition & leveraging traffic on Company Platform
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all drivers are in place for demand plan achievement in the cities
- Own, set-up and track output metrics for each project (GMV upside, Adoption, ROI)
- Demand Planning & Delivery: This role involves ownership of complete funnel of demand from traffic via various channels, conversion levers and how it translates to demand plan for the day/month/event and aligning stakeholders on the plan. It also involves in-depth understanding of city-specific category insights (India being a diverse market, every city is different in the way customers purchase grocery)
- Responsible for sanctity of demand plan, owning the levers for demand plan (deal planning, influencing stakeholders, ensuring best-in-class execution by engaging with operations team) Working on process improvement
- Having a view on demand numbers - why behind the trends
- Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact (improving click-through rates via consistent experimentation & learning) for all grocery merchandising on Company Homepage & Grocery Homepage for the category in a systematic manner
- Collaborating with central merchandising team to design event constructs with grocery-use cases
- City-expertise, developing knowledge of key categories & brands specific to each city
