- End to end P&L responsibility for sub-brands within the portfolio
- Responsible for driving the innovation agenda for the portfolio: Idea screening, product development, consumer qual research, factory trials, packaging development, CPT research, launch plan, GTM Strategy
- Responsible for Business Performance - Continuous sales performance tracking, Demand planning, driving interventions in the underperforming channels/geographies
- Media Planning and performance tracking - TV, Print, Digital; to achieve the stated brand objectives
- Conceptualised and executed the new thematic proposition and communication for the brand.
- Accelerated growth for the portfolio on alternate channels - Modern Trade and ECommerce through sales led interventions(Visibility, Exclusive packs, Barter deals)
- Ongoing work on product and packaging relaunch on the existing brands to further strengthen product claims.
