About our Client : Our client is a leading FMCG player with a wide range of lifestyle products. They are market pioneers within the category and have a big consumer base. The working culture is friendly and diverse giving a great prospect to advance within the company. They are looking for a Category Marketing Manager to lead and develop the one of their growing categories.
Job Description: Reporting to the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for :
- Setting category performance targets and recommending product portfolio requirements.
- Liaising with sales teams to identify new channels to grow the category.
- Support customer teams to integrate category plans within the key account teams.
- Analyze and track the category development value and volume share.
- Working closely with the customer insights and brand teams to look at innovations.
- Ensuring that category strategy is in line with the brand vision.
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be a 2006-2007 batch passout from a Premier B school with at least 8 years of experience within the FMCG sector.
- An ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of brand marketing experience within the personal care category.
- You should have excellent communication skills and have the ability of manage multiple assignments in order to contribute to the company's growth aspiration.
