This is for the position of Category Marketing Manager with one of our prestigious eCommerce clients.
It is an eCommerce venture of a big group, they have been in business from last 7 decades (estb in 1931)and have a turnover of $1 billion and are 25000+ member strong. They have well known own brands, licensed international brands and also retail brands in their portfolio.
They are aiming to create multi brand omni-channel entity with seamless customer experience. They are planning to have width and depth of not only their own 30+ brands but also other selected national and international brands
They aim to reach Rs 1000 cr revenue from E-commerce in 3 years
Position : Category Marketing Manager
Reporting to : Head of Category Marketing
Location : Bangalore
Job Description :
- Category/Brand Marketing Managers ensure that category/brand expressions are executed to their fullest potential through relevant and powerful communication
Category/ Brand Marketing Manager role includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Plan and execute seasonal communication stories across the entire real estate for all channels ( web, mobile,tablet )
- Build seasonal content/ campaign assets for all channels in collaboration with creative team
- Liase with category team on promotions to drive revenue, margins, etc.
- Build cross category promotions and campaigns
- Manage operations for daily/weekly and monthly campaigns and ensure timely execution.
- Analyse performance of the campaigns looking into clicks and conversion data.
- Work closely with the creative team in preparing weekly/monthly plans
- Use analytics to drive consumer, category and brand insights to influence business decisions
We are looking for MBAs from top tier b-schools(tier 1 or tier 2) with experience in eCommerce industry, handling category marketing (any category).
