Job Profile

KRA:


- Strengthen Preference and consideration for Godrej appliance brand for the category

- Ensure proper brand visibility across touch point

- Ensure optimum utilization of funds

- Support all conversion initiatives with marketing support

- Collaboration with cross functional teams to support product development and sustenance

- Maintaining operations hygiene in marketing

Job Description:


- Strengthen Preference and consideration for Godrej appliance brand for the category

- Monitor brand health and drive key parameters


- Conceptualize and execute key activities to help improve the brand health


- Create effective and clutter breaking advertising by thorough briefing and monitoring


- Create proper briefs based on detailed market intelligence and product proposition

- Ensure proper brand visibility across touch points

- Map relevant touch points online and offline.


- Ensure consistent imagery and accurate information aligned to brand task at all touch points.


- Ensure updated information is available to all stakeholders.


- Benchmark and ensure clutter breaking visibility at stores and beyond


- Provide adequate and timely support for product and brand display and merchandising at stores - through pos, catalogs, stands, fixtures , signages etc

Ensure optimum utilization of funds by achieving media efficiency and innovative activity

- Ensure media efficiencies - Budget adherence


- Develop innovative activites/processes/creatives that create impact/ visibility

Support all conversion initiatives with marketing support Internal

- Get a better understanding of business realities to undertake relevant marketing initiatives and undertake Business Building projects / special projects as applicable from time to time. Conduct market visits and plan steps thereafter. Support Business improvement projects


- Support sales training with relevant and timely content


- Support conversion initiatives on ground with relevant and timely communication and content

- Collaboration with cross functional teams to support product development and sustenance

- Conduct market research to gather inputs on stakeholders and plugging back the insights in the product development and communication development process


- Provide adequate support on product customisation - manuals, on product info stickers, input on product interface, etc

Maintaining operations hygiene in marketing

- Monthly activity planning with Product teams and trade marketing


- Ensuring Financial hygiene on spends and invoices


- Regular benchmarking


- Ensuring Legal compliances


- Maintaining proper records etc

Requisite Qualification

Essential - Graduation + MBA

Requisite Experience

Essential Min 4 years' experience in marketing
