Job Description :
- Deliver on the P&L ambition for the business including revenue & gross margins.
- Define the marketing strategy to drive 5X growth for the category for the immediate term as well as short/medium/long term based on broad guidelines.
- Execute the same to deliver on aligned ambition.
- Define the source of business to expand existing categories and drive the penetration of new categories by managing market Intelligence across all segments.
- Analyze & evaluate the market/competition on an ongoing basis to build enablers for driving the topline/bottom line.
- Work closely with the local upstream team to develop products needed to unlock a high-potential category in a dynamic, evolving, and emerging country (where data availability is limited).
- Ideate the Brand strategy and execute key Marketing initiatives which are critical to defining the next growth phase of the organization.
- Develop communication briefs in line with agreed communication objectives & drive execution in close coordination with multiple internal & external partners.
- Liaisoning closely with sales teams & key customers across channels to on board them with brand strategy & plans, work with sales team to craft win win JBPs with key customers
- Will work closely with sell out teams (offline & online) to drive in shop content, experience, in store promoter trainings and be accountable for overall category sell out and market share across channels.
- Lead the organization's transformation into a future-fit, fully digitally visible organization.
- Focus and chion all ATL initiatives, work closely with various agencies Media, Creative Digital, and devise the Marketing roadmap.
- Looks at innovative solutions to build, establish, and exponentially grow the D2C channel supporting the 5X growth plans.
- Build Marketing capabilities and strengthen the talent pipeline to prepare the organization for the future.
- Work closely with diverse functions like sales, marketing supply chain, finance & procurement to drive common organization-wide agenda.
