- To develop and implement category plans consistent with the overall Category and within budget
- To co-ordinate and research on category trends & competition for this category to make in-roads for sustained growth for present & future.
- To lead and manage the acquisition to listing activities of brands.
- To ensure that the key metrics governing the health of this category is met, including P&L.
- To guide and develop the category account management team for high levels of performance within the given targets of time, cost and quality.
- To ensure legal formalities (on-boarding/integration etc.) with brand partners to protect organizations interest.
- Interface with internal teams (cross functional) to drive sales.
- To suggest and give feedback on consumer facing enhancements such as UI/UX, Supply chain, CS etc.
